"Pazari Yug" EAD is a joint stock company, registered in 2003 in accordance with the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The company's capital is 100% owned by the Sofia Municipality. 

In 2006, "Pazari Yug" EAD flows "Pazari Perunika" EAD under general succession. 

The main activity of "Pazari Yug" EAD is management, maintenance and rental 
indoor and outdoor market spaces and facilities. 
The Company is managed by a one-tier management system by the Board of Directors 
appointed by decision of the Sofia Municipal Council. 

From December 2014 "Pazari Yug" EAD flows "Ozelenyavane" EAD decision of Sofia Municipal Council.
As an additional activity continued production of flowers, carried out by " Ozelenyavane " EAD
in the greenhouse, located in Druzhba 2, Street "Deliiska vodenitza". 

"Pazari Yug" EAD operates market platforms:

•Marketplace "Krasno Selo"

•Marketplace "Ivan Vazov"

•Marketplace "Borovo"

Company rents its commercial properties and objects
under Ordinance markets on the territory of Sofia Municipality.
